We offer a full management service for 12% plus VAT and a tenant find only service for 80% of a months rent plus VAT

Free Property Appraisal

We provide a free property appraisal with advice and guidance on how to best present the property to the market, and also suggest a suitable monthly rental fee.

Management Service Includes

• A professionally erected To Let board
• Contact potential tenants using our extensive computerised data base
• The preparation of full rental specifications
• Accompanied viewings
• Negotiate rental price
• Obtain credit check and references
• Prepare the tenancy agreement
• Arrange an EPC* (if required)
• Arrange a Gas safety certificate* (if required)
• Collecting of monthly rental payment and paying it to the landlords nominated account by BACS
• Ensure the bond is taken and held in an account that complies with the DPS guidelines
• Advise on Video Inventorys* and accompany the tenants whilst they move in and move out against the inventory
• Take readings for the utilities and inform the Council Tax department
• Provide advice and support regarding the collection of rent arrears and the service of any official notice if required
